I enjoyed trying these vitamins, but for the price you only get a 30 day supply in both bottles, should be a 60 day.I have tried other JS Health Vitamins and I have been very happy with them so I decided to try these. I am so glad I did. They are easy on my stomach, do what they say that they will and have no after taste like some vitamins do. The containers come apart so I keep the day one by my desk and the night one by my bedside. I will be ordering again.Not sure if the AM vitamin is doing anything (I’m on my second month) but the PM really helps my sleep. I’d like the PM to be sold separately.I love the PM vitamins. They smell like lavender and seem to help relax me. I’m sleeping better than ever. The daytime contain a lot B12 and I’ve been getting headaches from them.Easy way to supplement my nutrition needs with the right nutrients at the appropriate time to get the most benefit. Love the lavender scent of the PM formula.I have only been on these vitamins for 10 days and I already feel a difference in my energy!lots of people say the love the night time vitamins but I can't tell any difference using either of them.
