Happy to have it.If your an avid flat footed runner that likes that roll heel toe movement these are it for you. Third pair I put miles on these bad boys. Both trail and pavement they can take a beating and keep you going. Made for miles.I love running shoes, even though I’m not really supposed to run much now that I have new knees (replacement surgery due to arthritis). I tend to wear them most of the time, except when different types of footwear are required.I spent most of my youth barefoot and began wearing another brand we hippies wore when I couldn’t go shoeless or needed shoes appropriate for certain times.Discovering running shoes in the early 1980’s was an eye opener. That was 40 years ago. As I began purchasing these shoes over the years, I discovered that going barefoot and doing yoga gave me not only strong feet, but also a high arch and a wide toe-span.So I’ve been plowing through all sorts of sneakers, searching for the perfect fit. I’ve even worn men’s shoes. So when I realized that another brand recommended for people with high arches made my feet hurt, I searched again. This time so focused on the few brands which have been best at supporting my arches.I don’t remember how I found about these wonderful running shoes, but as soon as I wore these for a couple of days, I bought another pair in another color so that I can alternate wearing them and choose a pair to wear that will best match what I am wearing that day.I recommend these shoes VERY HIGHLY!I go for 5 miles walks, stop by the YMCA and do a class or two, all in my super comfy shoes! Love them!I've tried several athletic shoes. I'm a teacher, on my feet most of the day both walking and standing. My heels hurt. A colleague suggested I try Saucony Endorphins. I liked the look of them. They have wild colors, but this particular shoe was black with a white sole. The emblem was toward the back and subdued. It didn't scream HEY I'M AN ATHLETIC SHOE! That isn't as important as the support, though. I wore them the next day after they arrived. There was no need to break them in. They were snug but not tight, no straining to wiggle in my socked foot. I have a broad enough foot to have ordered dress shoes in wide, but this foot bed is roomy enough in medium. I have also ordered an 8 1/2 in the past. I'm glad I went with a 9 this time. I would say this shoe is true to size, but if you're a half size, you might want to order up. By the way, my heels did not hurt at all after a full day's wear. In comparison, the other brands I tried and sent back either rubbed my heel or squeezed across the top. I also can't stand it if the sides of the upper don't quite meet the foot bed. What's with that gap! And why do manufacturers make athletic shoes that squeak? Ugh! If all those things bug you too, go with a Saucony Endorphin! I wholly recommend this shoe.I ordered an 8.5 even though I normally wear an 8 in shoes because I read somewhere that feet expand while running (especially during longer distances). I average 30 miles a week so I figured I should buy a pair of running shoes dedicated to reducing the shock from pounding the pavement on a regular basis. I was weary about ordering a half size bigger as I had never tried this pre-meditated approach toward running or this brand before. Maybe this model runs small, but after testing them in a short 4 mile run, then a seven mile run, I noticed a valuable difference compared to my usual shoes of choice. The value being the shock absorption. This is key as I’m teetering on heel discomfort that is exasperated when walking on tile with bare feet or when running in shoes that are not as cushiony. I also was wearing a gifted pair of trail running shoes that are great for dealing with the textures of a trail but not the kind of shock absorption my left heel needs for distance running. Shock absorption is likely key to longevity in the running game and as much as I love to run, I can’t believe it took me this long to finally invest in a pair like these. Before taking them out on a run, I did try them on with my usual thin running socks and shoe covers to really get a feel and I was not disappointed. Going up half a size was a great idea for me. I don’t have wide feet. And I don’t have narrow feet. From the tip of my big toe to the back of my heel, I’m just shy of 10 inches.I have only had these shoes for a few days, but I can already say that they are game changers for my plantar fascitis and aching feet! The minute I put them on it was like stepping onto a pillow, and I swear my feet breathed a sigh of relief. I am a professional dog walker which means lots of steps. I started getting achy arches, sore feet, and very tired feet with my New Balance shoes which even had custom made orthotic inserts, but it wasn't enough, so after thorough research I found these Sauconys, and now I can see why all the hype. I have a narrow foot and they hug my feet perfectly. My heel stays put too.. I always go half a size up with walking shoes so the size was perfect. I ordered 10.5 women's. I also love that my toes aren't pounding the ground so hard as these are platform with a rocking motion. And, to my surprise, they are super lightweight! Buy them!!I love these shoes! Wearing them for the first time has been the first time in years that I was not suffering in silence. I had foot surgery to remove a bone spur on my big toe that also has arthritis and has a bunion. I have been in pain for years prior to surgery and many months since. I paid a lot of money at a local running store for shoes and an inserts to help me walk more comfortably. I still was in pain. I just ordered a second pair. Shoes are super personal....we all have different needs. These are great for my needs right now. My daughter and I have found Saucony shoes to meet our different needs. I used to do triathlons and now have hope to do one again. This is my first review of a product on Amazon, so I'm disappointed that it has to be a one star. This trainer is not fit for purpose. I ordered a women's size 4.5 UK size. However, the shoe I received was substantially smaller than that. I usually order a size 4 UK, so my order was for a half size larger. I've gone into my wardrobe to try on three old pairs of trainers in 4 and they all fit well, however, they have all covered many miles are needed to be retired. The Endorphin Shifts are either fakes or were somehow mis-sized at the factory. The final coup de grace is that the work quality of the shoe was not good at all. Do your feet a favour and avoid this product :(These shoes do exactly what I needed, they help support my feet and stop my pronation causing ankle pain when out running. The only negative is they are slightly tight around the toes due to the shape and I could have done going up 1/2 size. This item the endorphins shift. Great shoe I has a pair however if you buy a black they will sell you a future black a much less inconspicuous shoe.My partner does not like loud colours so this I'm as present I will be returning and know not to trust this seller with sending the right shoe.Love this shoe normally run in brookes so bouncy and comfortable was having bad ankle pain. After a run in these I got under 9 min miles which I haven’t done in years due to injury and getting old.I bought these for my wife she absolutely loves them,no blisters and she's running 2 or 3 times a week. Strongly recommend.
