The quality of this boot is fair. The leather is more like a vinyl. The sole of the boot is VERY slippery as it is perfectly smooth- I had to take it to the shoe repair to have an actually rubber sole put on so I could at least walk on carpet without sliding around. The calves are different sizes- one is snug and one is loose- first time that has ever happened. The loose one is so loose I can fit my hand down. On the positive- these boots look nice on with a dress or skirt. The heel height is just right and they are comfortable to walk and stand. I kept them and so far so good after wearing about a year- have held up surprisingly well.
