Flexible traction outsole
These shoes fit my foot perfectly. I am only 5'1" but wear a size 10 shoes, medium width! I have a bunion on one foot and for me, the placement and adjustment capability of the toe area strap allows me to avoid any discomfort on that bunion. That's a big plus for me. Also there is adequate arch support and cushioning. I wore my first pair of Halsa's on a visit to France and put many miles on them. Bought my second pair, these red ones, because I love the earthy deep red and they are fun for summer. The strap encircling the ankle is also very adjustable which is great if you have feet and ankles, like mine, that tend to swell in the heat, or if I am on my feet a long time. Attractive and feminine.
