I took these prenatal throughout my entire pregnancy. It was an investment but it was totally worth it. My baby is 8 months old now and he is walking you guys! It’s wild. He’s so strong and healthy. He’s never been sick, despite the fact that he plays in the dirt and with many other kiddos. He hasn’t been isolated from germ exposure. He’s just a healthy little dude and I think part of the credit for that goes to these vitamins for nourishing him so well in the womb.Prenatal vitamins are good for every woman whether pregnant or not. My doctor advised me to take prenatal vitamins despite being beyond childbearing age because they have everything a woman needs. And this brand, Garden of Life, is the absolute best I have found. I have never felt a difference with any other vitamin, but with this brand (womens health and prenatal), I saw and felt a significant difference in my health and energy levels.Easy to take and they do not make you feel sick on an empty stomach.I have been taking this prenatal vitamin since 2014 when I was pregnant with my first child, I took it with my second child, and I am currently pregnant with my third. The smell and taste can be off putting, but I took them at night right before bed. My pregnancies were hard, but the vitamins kept my blood work well and I have 2 healthy boys and a baby girl on the way. In the beginning it was hard to find a gluten free prenatal so I was very grateful for this one. Also, I tok it well after having my children and I feelIt also helped when I lost hair from breastfeeding, it came back very quickly. Nothing is perfect and what is good for my body May not be what’s good for someone else’s but it helped me through my 3 pregnancies.I gave it a 5, but have had low sodium issues and feel like there could be more then just 17 mg of iron. I felt better last pregnancy with the rainbow light prenatal and it helped with my morning sickness. This vitamin i feel like made my morning sickness worst. Organic isn’t always the best.I’ve been taking this product for a couple months now - not pregnant, or even trying, but the nail and hair growth has been noticeable. The pill is a little large and has a bit of an odor, but being able to take one, as opposed to the normal 3, makes it worth it. I recommend this vitamin!The product was good. No complaints about it.The problem I have is that I can't cancel the automated subscription. I had a miscarriage in March. I know longer want to received this item.Please cancel subscription on your end because it's not working on mine. You guys tried to charge my card, when I already stopped subscription. Please handle this ASAP, and track package to receive it back because I can not pay for it. Your prompt response will be appreciated.I bought a larger size bottle before, but didn’t wish to spend that much this time, so I bought what looks absolutely identical, just lesser quantity. But guess what, the amount of vitamins and minerals you get is less per daily dose! Like WHAT?! absolutely identical front! Previous bottle says take 3 per day, this bottle says 1 per day. But the daily value is different and in this one lesser….. I am disappointed. So you guys are making prenatal vitamins that look exactly the same, but you are messing around with amounts… Tell me why?
