I love the warmth Uggs deliver. These boots have no arch support so if one is needed, size up. I normally wear a 10 and after reading another review I purchased a 10.5. I could insert a small arch support in it but bought another color in a size 11 to get the necessary space for a full insole which made it much more comfortable and supportive.They are not waterproof which I believe is due to the stitching. After thoroughly spraying them, I had damp toes. Then I sealed the stitching with clear nail polish which helps but it isn’t a cure so I won’t wear them when there is snow or slush. I’m also unsure of how well the sole will keep my footing on snow or ice as I prefer more of a tread. That said, I wear them often when I walk outside in favorable conditions.I really like the height of the cuff and usually wear it up so my ankles stay warm, inside or out. I also like the laces as I can adjust the tightness. My right foot is larger but I have issues with my left foot that requires latitude in tightness. Right now I can slip my feet into them without untying them yet the boots stay on perfectly. I have many boots but these are the easiest to put on and remove which makes them a first choice in winter.
