This is supposed to be a one months supply of 30 vitamin C and zinc chewable gummy supplements. The taste is ok, I thought a bit sour and softer than some gummies I’ve used. The one gummy gives you 50% of what’s recommended. So if you are satisfied with that, then yes it’s one a day. My main complaint is that the scan tag is glued directly over the most important part of the container - the amount and ingredients, and it doesn’t easily peel off. Now this might not be the vendors fault but I don’t think I’d get these again. It’s important to see what you are ingesting. I’ll also get something that has 100% of the vitamin I’m looking for.Gummies taste fine and they are easy to chew. Wish they didn't have any artificial ingredients plus they put a label over the ingredientsI try to stock up on elderberry options during cold and flu season, which seems to be more than half the year lately. I have five kids and when one gets sick they take out the whole house! We've tried a number of gummy options, and these ones disappeared super quick from the pantry - they taste more like a fruit snack than a vitamin!Not surprising, perhaps, if you take a look at the main ingredient - raw cane sugar and quite a bit of it! I won't complain though, as a tasty package for an elderberry/zinc/vitamin C option will just make it more likely the kids will, on their own free will, actually use it. Vitamins don't work well if they aren't used, go figure!If you're looking for a palatable gummy option for Elderberry I think you'll be pleased with this one. My two cents - this is more of an offering for kids, due to the lower (50 mg) serving size of Elderberry in it. To get to the recommended 250-300 mg for adults you would need to take 5 or 6 of these, and your bottle will be gone in less than a week! If you only use these as an additional line of support when already sick that will work, but as a day to day habit you will be going through quite a few bottles as an adult!I like to take elderberry when I know I will be or have been around any viruses/illness. As a teacher, I am exposed to a lot. I began taking these this school year and feel that they have helped to boost my immune system as they say they should. The one gummy contains more than elderberry which I didn't realize initially. Something to keep in mind. The ingredients might be covered on the bottle with a label, but you can see it pictured in the listing. The gummies were soft, easy to chew, and had a good flavor. Though I wish they were purely "natural" with no artificial ingredients, I enjoyed the slightly tart taste (in comparison to super sweet gummies).These are a great way to insert elderberry into your daily diet. They are both vegan and gluten-free. I experienced no negative side effects, including no upset stomach. As someone who suffers from food allergies, it is nice to have a product like this that is safe to use in that regard. They taste great. They only have 1.5g of added sugars, which obviously adds to the great tase, but I guess might be a concern to some on a very strict sugar intake regimen. Otherwise, big thumbs up...I get that gummy supplements have to have some added sugar in order to taste good. I like that these don't have too much. Serving size is one per day and only 1.5 g of added sugar and 7.5 calories. I can deal with that. They do taste great! They also have vitamin c and zinc. Great for immune support as we get into cold/flu season. I certainly recommend.Last winter I tried elderberry gummies and i felt that it boosted my immune system I wasn’t sick during the winter. So when I saw these I decided to try them again. The bottle was double sealed and the gummies tasted wonderful the flavor was great. I have been taking this for 3 days and i really want my immune system boosted. I would recommend this product to boost your immune system and it tastes great.
