The pills are a bit big for my wife's preference and they have a nasty taste but its a once daily so she would rather take one a day instead of three. Organic whole foods is of importance to her, she is still using now while she is nursing.My doctor approved.Love this brand for my prenatal! Will definitely purchase again.Generally prenatal vitamins make me sick, even when I'm not in the first trimester. Sick, like I'm nauseous for 3/4 hours after taking it, so much so I cannot even eat. These are the only prenatals that do not make me sick!Ok, but do they work? Yes! For the last year (before even getting pregnant) I have had to take a vitamin B complex shot at least every other week. (I don't think I absorb b vitamins very well), I had tried so many different vitamin forms to get it, but only the shot would work. Well I have been taking this (and I got the big bottle from garden of life that you take 3 a day, but have been taking one of those and one of the once a day prenatals from garden of life) and for the first time in a year I have forgotten to take my shot, because I don't need it! Usually the shot wears off by day 6, and I can tell I'm becoming emotionally unstable, but I'm doing great on these vitamins!Also one of the only prenatals that don't have copper, my Dr said I cannot have copper because my zinc/copper is imbalanced which causes depression.I LOVE this prenatal! Aside from the size & taste, it’s perfect. I love that it has iron included because with my first three pregnancies I had to take an iron pill in addition to whatever prenatal I was taking during those times. This is a one and done thing for me and I love that. I could care less about the taste, it’s not like I’m taking it to enjoy the flavor. The size is a bit overwhelming, but doable; break in half if you need to. I feel like I get a slight boost of energy when I take this and luckily it doesn’t make me nauseous like some other brands/prescriptions have. It’s definitely worth a try.I'm not pregnant, but I like taking prenatels for their vitamin source and for better immunity. I'm happy to have found a great vegan prenatal vitamin because holy guacamole, did I see a difference in hair and nails. Less hair breakage and stronger nails!I have purchased this for my wife and it has been the best option for a supplement that doesn’t have any fillers.This product is nice but for a budget friendly option I switched back to the target brandThe tablets are extremely big and taste really not great. My husband cut them in half for me but still an awkward tablet. Iv returned mine because they made me extremely ill.The only thing I like is that they are organicIt made me feel very unwell and exhausted with dark circles under my eyes each time I have tried taking these vitamins.Big size of tablet , my wife did not ate it.Tastes as any natural raw product. Regular size pills.Used it for 3 days and it made my stomach upset every time. But I have a pretty sensitive stomach so might be good for someone else.I expected a good product and service after reading a review for this product but I don't think they even did a good job. looks like I have to go for a hunt for a new Product.
